That’s why at Strong Forever, whenever appropriate we encourage our seniors to take part in extra exercises that we prescribe in their own time between sessions. We only chose the safest and most effective exercises and make sure our seniors know exactly what to do to benefit the most from their efforts. This is presented in a printed worksheet showing the exercises along with tips and guidelines.
